Description

This is a one day workshop (10am-4pm with a 1 hour break for lunch) that is both lecture and hands-on laboratory exercises. We cover both theoretical and practical information that will help you get the best possible transmitted light images!

  • The components of transmitted light path
  • Transmitted light image formation
  • Alignment of the transmitted light path for koehler illumination
  • Phase, DIC & darkfield
